I'm Dez and I'm a real estate investor and agent for Keller Williams. My company Odyssey Property Group, is focused on implementing social change through real estate. We specialize in tear downs/ rebuilds and new construction. However, as investors we will consider any deal that makes sense. The properties we build are built to last at a price that is affordable to the average working class individual. As a Realtor with Keller Williams, I work with investors to identify potential investments that fall within their investment strategy. My in-house construction team allows me to provide my clients with access to reliable contractors making the investment process seamless from purchase, through the rehab, and finally through the disposition of the property. Future Goals: I'm looking to network and connect with like minded investors.
