Real Estate Hobbiest. My wife and I live in Cape Coral, Florida. Our real estate journey began when purchased a home in Southwest Florida during the Real estate crash at a low point. We are using it a as vacation rental and it has been rented for the winter season to snowbirds. We also completely rehabed a foreclosure in Vermont as we lived in it and sold it less than a year later. We have had some good success in real estate. We are both professionals in mid career. We would like to slowly build a real estate portfolio to provide passive income as we prepare for retirement.
