Been living in the Bay Area all my life - Hercules to be exact. All of my career has been in the IT Industry (16 years). My last stint was an IT Desktop Support at Lucasfilm. Laid off - end of Aug 2013. Have decided to commit myself to a new career since then. Have always wanted to start investing but didn't have to liberty to change careers early on but now's the time. I started my career in 2015 as a residential Real Estate agent for Realty World Bay Area Real Estate Experience: Began working for Realty World Bay Area Real Estate in 2015 as a Residential Real Estate Agent. I am looking to expand my contacts in order to serve the greater Bay Area of investors, buyers, and sellers. Real Estate Goals: To build a solid client base in commerical lending. Build commercial investment portfolio doing Buy & Hold in Small Apartments 5-10 units and eventually Commercial retail / office. Currently Seeking: Mentorship, Networking, Like minded investors
