British national who has live in 3 states and now resides in Texas. Looking to expand my real estate knowledge and buy residential real estate through creative financing. I have bought, rehabbed, and sold a few properties when I lived in FL, and did a boot camp with Ron Legrand. I now have a rental in the Austin TX area. After a hiatus in order to build another business, I'm ready to devote more time to expand and build a portfolio, one house at a time. My wife is a realtor so we hope to work as a team.
