I am a Commercial Masonry Contractor (5th generation) & a General Contractor who has developed my own commercial real estate over the last three decades. My portfolio is diversified between light industrial, bank, retail strip center, multi-family as well as SFR. I am looking to add to this diversification by either adding mobile home parks or self-storage. Experience: Buying, selling, developing office warehouse buildings in west Texas. I renovated an early 1920’s 4-Plex in Uvalde, Tx (which I continue to keep full of renters) as well as a bank building originally built by Dolph Briscoe! Now I live west of the DFW area where I have several SFR’s of which two are on the lake! Real Estate Goals: I continue to find I enjoy multi-family, so I continue to look and find other mult-family properties that I intend to pursue. Currently Seeking: Commercial & residential properties in Granbury, TX & the surrounding area.
