Working in the real estate industry for the past 4 years has brought me many successful contacts and connections with many buyers, sellers and investors, contractors etc. I currently run a real estate corporation in partnership that specializes in the retail application of real estate now branching out into investing and wholesaling. I run a high volume team with full-time staff and collectively we close approximately 50-75 deals a year. We work with a small group of investors and are looking to expand our buyers list and provide good quality wholesaling opportunities for each. We are currently expanding our marketing efforts to attract more wholesale opportunities for our buyers all over the country. We work with California investors all the time helping them locate and turn properties after rehab. We offer a reduced commission rate for our California investor partners yet maintain full service high end marketing, exposure and client services throughout the process.
