I am 45 years old with two boys and an amazing wife. Though I have been successful in my current career I now know without question it is time for me to make a change. The things the younger me found important (money and title) have started to lose their luster. The older me finds family and freedom to be far more fulfilling so it is time for me to adjust my life accordingly.
