I'm a new investor on the real estate scene here to write my success story. I'm 32 yrs old and I've dabbled with the idea of real estate since my early 20's. I wish I had've stuck with the idea but I have no regrets. I may not have had the ambition to complete the journey then. But I've definitely come full circle to a new determination since then. I'm an active deal/ off market property finder looking to assign great contracts to make win win wins in all directions. I'm from the Columbia/ Beaufort-Hilton Head area of South Carolina but will be currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area of California for a short stint. I'm interested in networking with investors and buyers alike in all 3 areas. I'm here to build new relationships, meet great people and learn from the best! Nice to meet you all.
