Over the last two decades, Carl has filled multiple roles from swinging the hammer, to general contractor, directing property management, securing his broker’s license, and previously managed a 25 million dollar single family real estate investment portfolio. Carl helped pave the way for turnkey rental standards while creating a unique brand for himself. Carl was previously Sr. Partner and held the position of Chief Operating Officer for American Real Estate Investments (AREI). Under his direction, AREI grew exponentially and to become one of the largest turnkey rental providers in the US. In his most recent position as the Asset Manager for SPI Advisory, Carl managed a TX apartment portfolio in excess of $450M. Carl is featured on the cover of the February 2016 issue of Think Realty Magazine entitled “Quest to be the Best,” and contributes to market discussions on The Real Estate Guys Radio Show, Get Rich Education, among many others.
