I have been learning about Real Estate investing over the past 25 years starting with Carlton Sheets. My retirement years now allows my undivided attention to focus on investing full time. I am a member to two local Real Estate investor clubs but found they are setup to sell new investors expensive workshops. I plan to attend a bootcamp soon for "hands on" experience with seasoned investors on how to search and qualify properties. Once I complete my first deal, the sky's the limit. I also plan to attend a virtual webinar on Note Buying from the owner of the company that could be the "niche" I feel is great that provided unlimited deals that are much easier to find. In the meantime, I am setting up my team: Real Estate attorney, Accountant, Realtors, Contractors and personal Mentors to be on my way!
