I've been a lifelong entrepreneur from Illinois I currently own a restaurant, along with being a Real Estate Broker specializing in Multi-Family properties in the Chicagoland Area. I enjoy the process of value-add: whether it's taking down a wall to open a space or figuring out a way to add a bathroom. Experience: I'm currently house-hacking my primary residence, but I've bought and sold over properties over the years--some fix and flips, others buy and holds.
