My name is Carl Marion, and I began my real estate career in 2003. I started in Orlando, Florida, and have since moved to the Texas market. My focus is on apartment buildings currently from 100-500 units. I've been successful raising capital for down payment and renovations. Currently seeking to put teams together in order to accumulate 2000 plus units in 2017. The model that I will use is the acquiring of already stabilized assets with some value play still available. Only seeking assets, currently, that have historically had high occupancy. Experience: I've invested in real estate since 2003, and currently invest in apartment buildings in the Texas market. I put private investors together in order to buy these properties. Real Estate Goals: My focus is on 100-500 unit buildings with a targeted goal of acquiring and holding 2000+ units by the end of 2017.
