My previous work experience has been in software development with real estate investing only a side activity. But now, after 20+ years in IT, I am ready for new challenges. Prior deals consist of buy and hold, small multifamily housing (fourplexes and small apartment complexes). I am interested in expanding the types of properties I invest in to include larger apartment complexes as well as single family. I'd also like to learn the ins and outs of flipping.
