Hi everyone! My name is Carlos. My wife Johanna and I are very passionate to Real Estate Investing as a mean to have the time freedom to start a new family and support our parents. I’ve transitioned from the corporate world to a full time Real Estate Agent in NC. As an Industrial & Systems Engineer myself, with over 18 years of experience in the area of Supply Chain in the Automotive and Textile industry, I’ve develop skills to manage budgets and timelines, strategic planning, decision making and problem solving. I’m focus on the need for investor-friendly agent in the business as part of the core four member of your team. Being fluent in Spanish allows me to have access to a large pool of potential sellers/buyers who are often overlooked by other agents and also to have a more smooth communication to work with contractors.
