I have an office in NYC that provides clients with a full architecture service, from consultations to a project management. my Team is able to work from concept design to Construction Documents, adapting always to the client needs. I have experience in Retail, Hospitality and Residential Design, I provide clients with Design, Materials and Construction services. I'm practical and approach design with a solving problems philosophy, to simplify the process for out clients. My Motto is "good design is good business" Experience: My experience is in Architecture and Contemporary design, remodeling/flipping, I have a team of people, and have experience n specifying materials, comparing cost, and construction administration, and construction direction. I also have rentals experience. Real Estate Goals: last year I remodel a loft in Manhattan, and when the bank came to refinance they found we added 300K in appreciation to its value. My 4 months work of gave a client 300K in profit. this its pretty much what always happens in my profession and I'm trying to make that profit for my team. My goal is to find markets outside NYC, for flips and invest those profits in buy and hold. Eventually I would like to get into notes and Sindication in NYC. I just want to team with people passionate about real-state and learn & collaborate while making money. Currently Seeking: Looking for Deals to flip in North Jersey, and Dallas/Fort Worth areas Trying to learn how to buy REO, foreclosures and auctions, and looking for a rock star agent in both locations.to help me achieve my goals
