I consider myself a Real estate investor from my heart. Started helping a lot of my buyers to acquire their first home and make great invest in Real Estate market. After helping a lot of people I decided it was time to start building a legacy for my family; I've been dedicated to reach this goal for 10 years. Experience: My experience as Real Estate agent started in 2004 on Florida, Maryland and Virginia with more than 200 closed deals. Also I've been working in Rehabs and wholesale and rental portfolio properties on Miami and DC area since 2007. All these year of experience have taught me that strong relationships with clients are the key to succeed on business. That's why I always work focused on providing the best service to those who come to me looking for help. I am currently the managing director of Gator Property Ventures (gatorpv.com), a Real Estate investment company that specializes in buying, rehabbing and managing income producing properties (single and multi-family). Real Estate Goals: For this year my goal is to acquire at least 20 units. I would also like to increase my knowledge in Real Estate market, make new friends and stablish ties with new people within this community.
