Currently a Recruiter/Headhunter in the civil engineering sector. I've had an interest in the real estate and construction business since early on in my life. Looking to learn and network in order to get started. My overall goal is to build up an inventory of small (3-8 unit) multifamily properties to replace my W2 income. Emphasis on BRRRR projects.
