i give investors turn key rehabs electrical, plumbing,flooring, windows and doors, drywall painting, a complete turn key job. we only subcontract roofs. our prices are competitive. and on full rehabs we give the owner a transferable home warranty so their buyers can buy with confidence. on partial rehabs we give a written warranty to the owner for 6 month. homeowner warranty is 12 year. I have been doing rehabs and flips for over 20 years. we come in on or under budget 90% of the time. and we complete within 30 days 95% of the time. after 1st 2 projects with an investor we are willing to be paid for labor on the back end.
