I love real estate. Every aspect of it. Here is a bit of my background in the industry: - Grew up with a parent who was an active real estate investor across the country and was immediately hooked. - Became licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 2005, which was a tough market to be in, but cultivated a drive to succeed in a not-so-ideal market. - In 2011, I started up Bungalow Design Co. that worked with a handful of local investors on design aspects of investment properties - In 2016, I came on as a Project Manager for a local house rehabber that focused primarily in the North Tacoma area where I managed the crews for 3 full rehabs - In 2018, I reinstated my license as a Real Estate Broker and am looking to invest in the area I'm most passionate about, Tacoma Real Estate Goals: I would like to grow my buy & hold portfolio, and am also interested in vacation rental opportunities in certain markets.
