I do many things and some of them I do really well. I specialize in STR’s (short term rentals) in the North Orange County, Southern California Market and am very successful with it. My journey into real estate investing started 13 years ago with the purchase of my first SFR (single family residence) that I house hacked. Years later I added an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) to that property and started my first short term rental. After experiencing the success of how much profit can be made in the STR market my long term goal now is to get into Commercial Hospitality (i.e. boutique hotel(s) which essentially would be what I’m doing now without the volatility of the constantly changing regulations and without my business having to be at the mercy of the City/County as the laws and regulations/bans are continuously being updated. This is my plan for current high profit cash flow but for additional long term investing I’m also very interested in the residential side and want to add more buy and hold investments (SFR and Multi-Family) using the BRRRR method (buy rehab rent refinance repeat.) Currently I have 7 rental properties (4 that I own and 3 are rent arbitrage.) I want to also mention my immense passion for design and rehab since it’s such a large contributing factor to my success and complements my real estate investing very well.
