In this year alone, I have closed $1.5 million in real estate in the Tulsa Market- all while managing 2 other businesses and maintaining a full-time class schedule at Oklahoma State University. I am incredibly familiar with negotiation, high ticket sales, e-commerce/online marketing, and business management. My proudest moment of this past year is when I negotiated $120,000 off of a seller's list price while representing my buyers in just one deal ($950k-$825k). I strive to highlight and maintain my integrity towards my clients, coworkers, and employees. Although I would have earned substantially more if we closed at the original list price, it would have been at the expense of my clients. With a background in both aerospace and civil engineering, public relations, high ticket closing, and customer service, I am a proud Realtor with Keller Williams. I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Oklahoma. Learning is everything in life. I am a current student at Oklahoma State University and a past student or proud graduate of San Diego State University, Tulsa Tech trade school, and Jenks High School. In the near future, a main goal of mine is to teach and help others in various fields from real estate, general business skills, and entrepreneurship. I am seeking opportunities to speak at, conferences, schools, and leadership events.
