I am a lifelong Oklahoman, and started investing in 2017. I live, work, and invest in NW Oklahoma City with a focus on the Urban Core neighborhoods. I am a licensed realtor, and have enjoyed helping several investors purchase investment properties. As of June 2022 I own and manage 3 airbnbs and 40 traditional rentals for a total of 43 doors with the goal of acquiring enough rental property to achieve financial freedom. My current focus is the BRRRR strategy, and typically land around 5-10% down after refi.
