About myself
I recently acquired my first SFH rental. I am currently looking for a second property. I enjoy meeting other investors and look to do many more deals in the near future. Experience: I have owned commercial real estate in the past. I am now working on acquiring residential rentals. Real Estate Goals: I intend to purchase buy and hold properties. My goal is to create enough rental income to triple my current income. Currently Seeking: I am currently trying to find my second deal. I am looking for a SFH in the Knoxville, TN area.
