Background Born and raised in Middletown, Ohio. I joined the Air Force while in high school and I am currently serving as a Active Duty Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force. My hard work and perseverance helped me promote this month to the rank MSgt (E7) prior to becoming an Officer. I recently have been promoted to the rank of Capt (O3E). I have served 16.5 years (12.5 Enlisted/4 Officer) with plans to retire around 22 years of service. I love real estate because there are so many opportunities to invest & it gives me flexibility to enjoy more time with my wife & 3 children! My primary focus with real estate investing is to continue to build steady passive income through rentals via cashflow. Secondary, I also flip homes short-term as a means to generate additional revenue; which I use to purchase more rentals and build my passive income long-term. Experience Rental Properties: 11 years / 17 properties / 27 units Flips: 5 years experience / 10 flips 2010 - I began investing in Great Falls, Montana with a 4plex & SFR on 15 yr mortgages. 2011/2014 - The military moved us to Pensacola, FL where we added 1 SFR to our portfolio and departed for England. 2014/2017 - While in England, I managed 6 rental units from 2 different states despite living across the world. We sold the 6 rental units, consolidated investments and focused on the Cincinnati-Dayton Ohio area (due to it's affordability and my familiarity with the area where I grew up). Completed 2 flips. 2018/2019 - Stationed in Biloxi, MS & grew portfolio to 23 units. Completed 3 flips. 2020 - Increased rental portfolio to 25 units. Completed 3 flips. Created Aim High Properties LLC with the intent to build a brand while creating a legacy for my children inherit. Aim High Properties provides quality homes to buyers and tenants in the Dayton Ohio area. We believe in quality over quantity and always aim to provide the best to our customers! 2021 - Increased rental portfolio to 27 units. Completed 2 flips already. Real Estate Goals 2020 - ACHIEVED! Real Estate surpass military income despite in a global pandemic. 2021 - Use rental equity to increase rental portfolio & cashflow/passive income by 50%. 6 flips to reinvest profits into rental portfolio. Increase real estate net income to $100K. 2022 - 100 rental units/12 flips. Increase real estate net income to $250K/year. 2023 - 200 rental units/18 flips. Increase real estate net income to $500K/year. 2024 - 400 rental units/24 flips. Earn $1M net income from real estate. Double my & my wife's SDIRA every 24 months to build it to $1M/each in value by 2027! Lastly, to retire at 40 years old from the military, enjoy extra time with family and continue to grow my real estate business.
