Casey Bishop

I got my start in real estate with my first purchase in 2015 of one side of a twinhome. My wife and I found a place where we could live in, build equity, and when we found ourselves better off, we could either sale it or rent it out. Realizing the flexibility afforded by real estate lit a small flame within me. Fast forward 18 months, I was in the position to jump on an opportunity to purchase the other half of the twinhome. I acquired it traditionally and rented it out while I fixed it up. During this time, I was also attending Southern Utah University where I earned my Master of Accountancy in May, 2018. Since then, my passion and interest has been gaining knowledge in real estate and tying it to my skills I created in accounting. I intend to forge my real estate knowledge with my accounting background to go beyond just owning a few rentals and to flip properties with the business I founded, ITN Homes. The ultimate goal is to find financial freedom, achieve my entrepreneurial goals, and retire my parents.
