We owned a SFR in Eagle Mountain for a few years and house hacked our current residence for 4+ years. We sold the SFR to scale up into MF properties. My ultimate goal is to partner with others and syndicate large apartment buildings. I want to become financially and time free through real estate. I am currently looking for BRRRR opportunities in Northern Utah, primarily in Ogden, and in Columbus Ohio. I have a background in Finance and feel comfortable looking at numbers and underwriting deals. I want to add value to others however I can and build strong partnerships that will help all parties involved accomplish their goals.
