Originally from Oklahoma. Now residing in Fort Worth. My wife and I have been considering getting into rentals for a while now, but we've finally decided to go for it. Stumbled across Bigger Pockets and it has really focused and motivated me. I enjoy learning about real estate investing, seems like every podcast, book, article, or blog that I read has something new to teach me. We are going to start with a few SFHs to get some experience under our belts. But eventually I would prefer multi-family properties (2-12 doors), and may even possibly venture in RV parks and storage units. Ideally in 10 years I will have generated enough rental/passive income to walk away from corporate America. Until then, gotta keep on grinding.
