I'm a full time real estate investor, actively growing an integrated real estate company across Wyoming, Montana and Texas. I enjoy sharing relevant investing content and coaching, and happy to share any knowledge I've gained over the past 12 years. I'm looking to connect with other investors who are interested in investing in Wyoming and Montana which is one of the strongest rental markets in the country and is just now scratching the surface of seeing some incredible appreciation growth. We sell some of our off market deals as a classic wholesale company, and also look to partner as a turn key company who can manages the rehab, and property management needs. About me: I'm a Petroleum Engineer by degree but my true passion lies in business, coaching and entrepreneurship. I currently wear three hats: -Managing Owner of Gregersen Properties and Wyohouses -Owner of multiple Pure Barre Franchises -Assist and Assure Coach for Shell on Deepwater drilling, completion and workover units in the Gulf of Mexico. I've been working in Oil and Gas for 9 years, the majority of that time being spent supervising on-site operations in Drilling and Completion/Well Interventions. During those field roles, I spent 2 weeks working at the well-site, and then have 2 weeks off which allowed me launch multiple small business startups that I continue to manage today. My wife and I currently own and operate multiple Pure Barre franchises spanning from Texas to San Diego, CA. We opened our first studio in Midland, TX in May of 2017, and in 2019, we purchased several existing studios in San Diego, CA that were struggling to generate enough revenue to pay the bills. We are proud to say, one year later we doubled revenues thanks to the phenomenal team we developed and cultivated. I'm also very passionate and active in Real Estate investing, founding Gregersen Properties in 2010. We currently focus on long term single family and multi-family rental units. Our portfolio is located in Laramie, WY near the campus of the University of Wyoming and we have recently expanded our portfolio to Fort Worth and Houston, TX.
