Hi, I'm Casey! I'm a scientist, multihyphenate entrepreneur, and founder of M&N Holdings, a boutique rental and property management business serving Southern Maine. With a background in biochemistry and experience working in highly regulated environments, I bring an analytical, detail-oriented, and systems-driven approach to entrepreneurship. I consider myself a polymathic thinker, naturally drawn to exploring different industries, identifying opportunities, and turning complex challenges into practical solutions. Through my parent company, M&N Couture, LLC, I've built ventures spanning modest fashion, beauty, fractional sales consulting, and property management. I'm passionate about business development, financial independence, and creating sustainable sources of revenue. My journey into real estate began through hands-on experience overseeing family-owned rental properties, coordinating maintenance, managing tenant relationships, and navigating the Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher process. This experience inspired M&N Holdings, where we focus on supporting small-scale landlords and rental property owners with portfolios of 1–5 units. Our approach is intentionally boutique. We believe smaller landlords deserve the same level of professionalism and operational support as large investors, without becoming another number on a spreadsheet. I'm focused on developing my expertise, growing M&N Holdings, and helping other property owners enjoy a more hands-off ownership experience. Outside of business, I'm a wife, mother, lifelong learner, and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with ambitious, forward-thinking people. My interests include entrepreneurship, science, real estate, financial literacy, fashion, and community development.
