Hi, I’m Casey Stanton. I’ve been married to my beautiful wife for 10 years and we have 3 dogs. I’m a Firefighter by day and rehabber by night - technically I rehab every day off from work! We’re currently on our 4th property (our 2nd live-in flip). I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and started learning about house rehabbing while in high school. Years ago I begged my wife to let me buy a house to gut, flip and live in and she agreed. I’m happy to say that project went very well and we’re now on our 2nd live-in flip, unknowingly using the BRRR strategy to complete the second purchase. I rehab 90% of our homes myself to avoid paying the high cost of contractors which allows me to learn new and valuable skill sets along the way. Our goals in the future consist of owning multi family rentals in the Phoenix area, building new homes in northern Arizona, flipping single family homes and soaking up all the information we can along the way.
