New to investing. My concentration is in small multifamily properties from 2-4 units. My day job is working as an IT professional doing anything from desktop support to backend support with servers/networks. I also have lots of hobbies, probably too many: Chess club, bass guitar, aquariums, home brewing beer, electronic music producer and mountain biking.
