Hey there, fellow real estate enthusiasts! My name is Robert Collins, and I'm thrilled to be back on BiggerPockets. I've been actively involved in real estate investing since 2019, and it has been an incredible journey so far. I currently own two rental properties in the beautiful Columbus, GA area, and I recently sold a third property located in Augusta. While my primary residence is in the Douglasville area, just outside Atlanta, my passion for real estate has taken me far and wide. I've explored various strategies, and wholesaling has become my go-to approach. My ultimate goal is to establish a real estate business that operates like a well-oiled machine, providing me with financial freedom and the ability to positively impact the lives of others. I must admit, building a reliable team has been a challenge on my path to success. However, I'm eager to connect with like-minded individuals who share my passion for real estate and are driven to build something extraordinary together. I believe that collaboration and collective growth are the keys to unlocking our full potential in this industry. In my real estate journey, I've had the opportunity to complete deals in multiple areas. I've successfully executed transactions in Greenville County, South Carolina, the Augusta area in Georgia, Atlanta and Columbus in Georgia, and Anderson and Spartanburg counties in South Carolina. Each experience has provided valuable lessons and insights that have shaped my approach to investing. I'm currently looking to connect with large multi-family investors as I aspire to invest in large multi-family properties. However, I'm facing the challenge of not having the capital to fund such deals. I'm interested in exploring creative financing options and partnering with individuals who can help me bring these deals to fruition.
