I'm Alev Sharma, a real estate investor based in Woodland Hills, California, and founder of Cash Home Buyers CA (cashhomebuyersca.com). We buy houses directly from homeowners in as-is condition throughout Los Angeles County, the San Fernando Valley and across California. My focus is off-market single-family and small multifamily (1 to 4 units) acquisitions, wholesaling and fix-and-flip, with a lot of experience in inherited and probate properties, homes needing major repairs, and tenant-occupied rentals. I also mentor newer investors through the Los Angeles REIA.
