I'm a 30+ year investor who did a fair amount of flips, with or without wraps, and rentals when I lived in Texas. Experience: I've bought and sold between 75 and 100 SFRs and a couple of commercial properties. I had my license for about 5 years, but that was strictly to gain access in person to the Resolution Trust Corporation auctions when I lived in Houston. Real Estate Goals: I'm good on my current portfolio of mortgages which supplements our Social Security and 401k. Currently Seeking: Just looking to lend my hard earned experience to others.
