Hello ... My name is Cassandra and I have a educational background in Interior Design and experienced in the kitchen & bath industry. Real estate and home investing is my next path in life! I've worked a variety of jobs throughout my adulthood and have become completely confident in my ability to network and connect with individuals on various levels. I've spent a lot of my career in Sales, but it's educating the client that has interested me most. Helping them make the best decision to meet their needs and see that it has served them well after the need is met. Being a homeowner, I understand the financial gratification that opening your OWN door presents. I am now in the early stages of learning REI so I can open more doors of financial freedom and success for myself and those I love! Experience: I have been a homeowner for over 6 years. What a great experience it has been. Real Estate Goals: In re-evaluating my new life with the addition of my son in 2017, my hopes are to purchase my 1st buy and hold property this year ... I did say HOPE!! I've been researching, reading and networking so I can gain some education and meet awesome people of like minds with experience in RE. I've listened to a variety of Podcasts on BP and am happy to say that funding my 1st deal by way of a HELoC is the way to go This creative funding is going to help make my RE investment dreams come true!!! I'm most interested multi-family units and town / row homes, but if an affordable SF comes my way, I'd be happy to entertain it if the numbers work in my favor. Looking forward to seeing what the GOOD LORD has in store for me... I feel like investing in RE is going to be one of the best financial decisions that I can make for me and my family :) Currently Seeking: Education to take me where I need to go. Learning and becoming educated in real estate investing is key to having a successful future.
