Real Estate Goals: some goals would be to surround myself with like minded people who have good energy and vibes, take action and execute on my first deal. In general I'm interested and open to apartment complexes, flips, and perhaps development to keep things interesting...whatever it takes to serve my purpose, keep my promises, all while continuing to amass a portfolio of properties that generate high NOI/passive income, profits, or both...that will lead to building wealth, financial freedom and allow me the opportunity to either build an animal sanctuary for abused and abandoned animals or generously donate to the ones already in operation, buy my grandma a nice place to live...I want to be able to take care of her so she doesn't have to worry about anything she's always been there for me so I want to return the favor and express my gratitude, travel the world, get a TESLA, and purchase the ultimate dream house facing west with amazing floor to ceiling windows, a beautiful indoor outdoor lani area, an awesome beach, guest suite accommodations, and expansive panoramic water views! (yeah you can say I've had this house in my head for a very long time, it just won't go away, so I must make it happen!) 😊 also, I want to be able to BUY TIME! *not saying some of these things to be douchey, just letting the universe know what I want to achieve so it can help me manifest it* Currently Seeking: good souls with great guidance, and how I can help you 😊
