Cassie Villela

I am a property manager and real estate agent serving investors in San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Seguin. I began as a buy and hold investor, and after managing my own properties and tenants, found that I absolutely LOVE the things that most investors complain about the most! I enjoy managing tenants and contractors, maximizing returns, and most of all solving problems! I employ a property manager for one of my out of town investments, so I also understand what it is like to trust someone else with your property. I take that responsibility very seriously, and work hard to communicate effectively with property owners. As an agent, my main focus is on helping other investors. So few agents own their own real estate investments (which has always baffled me!), and so they aren't equipped to understand the investor's specific needs. Having began as an investor, I have run the numbers on thousands of properties, researched the markets nearby, and actively search for good investment properties daily. It is my favorite topic of discussion, and I love working with others who have the same passion!
