Hello Fellow Investors/Brokers/Managers/etc: I have been in commercial real estate for 21+ years and 1000's of transactions as a broker, investor, property manager, and consultant. My focus is on Multifamily/Investment property in the Arizona area, in particular in the Phoenix area. As an Associate Broker for RE/MAX Commercial Brokers, I am proud to work for the #1 brand in real estate and Top 25/growing in Commercial. As well, over the years I have acquired 475+ properties, and I have a 15 year acquisition strategy in place with the Phoenix multifamily market. I have obtained a law degree with a real estate focus in 1995. In 1996, I started and owned/operated my own commercial brokerage & property management company for 17+ years. Several years ago, I obtained my CCIM, which is similar to a Master's in Commercial Real Estate. What a difference maker. Shortly after that I rounded it out with an MBA with a Real Estate Emphasis that I obtained working nights and weekends when I wasn't closing deals. I moved to Phoenix in 2013 because I recognized the Valley as one of the best growth areas over the next few decades.
