I live in Michigan and got into real estate when I realized I didnt want to only depend on my job for money. When I got my job (it is high paying for my area) I kind of just gave up trying to find other money making strategies because I thought I had enough. I now know I want more out of life and plan to use Buy and Hold as my strategy to create passive income.
