I'm an engineer for the railroad and enjoy anything outdoors. I am divorced with 3 grown kids and a nine year old daughter. Although, it's been about 20 years since I've invested in real estate I am wanting to get back into the business of this exciting activity. I am continually educating myself about the biz.
