I've been a licensed real estate broker in Indiana since 2014. I began working with/representing investor clients and segued into buying/rehabbing/flipping properties full time. I am always looking to buy (vacant, outdated, estate, pre-foreclosure, hoarder, trashed) single family homes in the Indy Metro area. I would love to network with commercial brokers/commercial investors as I am actively looking for a property to buy/ hold, specifically interested in purchasing a self storage facility in the Midwest. Also looking to purchase a multifamily property in San Antonio. I work with multiple investors and can pull together a vetted group for a larger commercial purchase.
