Experience: My first real estate purchase was a co-op which I lived in for over 10 years, then rented out for a few years and later sold to my sister. I used a 1031 exchange on the sale to buy raw land in Florida. I now own my primary residence, a house. No cash flowing properties right now. Real Estate Goals: I would like to create more cash flow, since I am retired. Currently Seeking: Since I just moved to the area, I am looking for good areas to invest in SFRs to buy and hold.
