Left my W-2 in 2021 to pursue real estate full time! Moved up to the mountains (Winter Park resort area) and I’m helping owners with their rentals as well as helping people buy & sell in the mountains. I am a licensed agent and own a real estate investment company with my husband - we flip/rehab/rent homes. Have done several flips in the Denver/Arvada/Lakewood area, we have a long-distance rental, two rentals in Arvada, Colorado. Currently building a house in Fraser Colorado - my hubs is a builder. We understand the buying and selling process, because we've done it dozens of times for ourselves! Have experience with live-in renos, house-hacking/Airbnb, house flipping, property management, long-distance rentals (own a town house back in PA), rental management, short-term rentals, managing a rehab and BRRRRs. Real estate goals include: *Buy a mountain investment property to live in part of the year and rent out *I got my real estate license in 2020 so I can sell our own investments & help others build wealth through real estate *Work on projects we choose - having our rental income fund our lifestyle means getting to work on the fun stuff! *Get another project in the next 90 days - BRRRR for sure (we actually bought a turn-key rental in 3/2021, so a BRRRR or flip would be next!) - we did this! Bought a Flip in August 2021 - sold it February 2022!!! *Purchased an off-market property that we are dedicating to STR & Mid-Term Rentals in June 6, 2022 - finished rehabbing it and went live end of August 2022. *Learn as much as I can about the tax strategies out there for flippers/rentals *Replace my COL expenses with rental/RE income - we are there!!
