About myself
After 15 yrs in a high tech career, I've started my second career in real estate investing and love it. I like buy and hold but I'm also ready to branch out into other areas. Eventually I'll specialize in two areas. Keen interest in taxes (income too high to take advantage of RE write offs - how to get around it.). I'm learning fast and apply the same analytic skills from the IT world.
