I have 40 yrs experience in construction with some of that time involving real estate deals. I am wanting to do more property investments and less construction. Experience: I have been in construction and real estate for many years. I build custom homes and remodel projects. I have been involved with new developments, multifamily and some small commercial projects. Real Estate Goals: I am building an investment property company for my retirement and my 3 daughters. They all have some type of real estate experience and together we have a team. I want to do both fix and flip and buy to hold.
