I am a flipper in the Pinellas / Hillsborough County area. My goal is to build up capital so I can invest in buy and hold deals in the future. I am a realtor at South Cedar Real Estate Inc. where I help investors buy and sell real estate. I have a Master of Accountancy from Wisconsin, Madison and became a Certified Public Accountant in Texas soon after. I started my career in public accounting in Austin, TX. I spent 3 years regretting my career choices and trying to find purpose in my work. The entire time I was taking real estate courses and listening/consuming Bigger Pockets content. I wanted to get out of the rat race and be apart of an industry that helps build wealth for people from all walks of life. I spent a year underwriting at a travel company, Inspirato, on their Real Estate team. I found New Western and got licensed in order to start working with investors directly. I loved helping local and out of state, new and seasoned investors find their perfect project. Nothing gets me more excited that talking about my local market and all of the opportunities available. After about a year, I decided to move to my current brokerage so I could focus my time on finding deals for myself. My goal is to flip homes and use creative finance to build a portfolio in tandem.
