Glen Fullerton

I am currently an active real estate broker with C21 North Homes Realty, Inc out of the Everett (Silver Lake) office and an investor with my partner and wife. We are always looking for another great deal to either fix and flip, buy and hold or wholesale. Long term we are interested in buy and hold deals on multifamily properties. My history includes a lot of personal fix and flips, house hacks, a previous stint as a realtor back in 1990/91, my own home inspection business and a general contractor. As a home inspector I saw the need for someone to fix all the things an inspector uncovers, so I started a general contracting firm that focused on remodels, repairs and additions. The experience was great, but I didn’t like the liability factor and sold the business. My real estate endeavors were pretty limited for most of this century, but after retiring from Boeing in 2017 I have begun to get reengaged in the industry I have such fondness for and interest in. I got my Real Estate Broker’s license in late 2017 essentially at the same time that I was enrolled in graduate classes at Fox Valley Technical College (Yes, there is a story behind the “Why?” of this) As the classes have been wrapping up, I have begun to pursue real estate again more actively. I plan on getting progressively more involved and have begun putting my knowledge of the investment side of things into action and putting a process and routine in place to ensure that we have a pipeline of deals in place to be transacting 2-3 a month consistently by the end of this year. I anticipate that 2019 will bring about more activity in the buy and hold area and perhaps larger deals in the fix and flip and wholesaling arenas. I see real estate investing as the means to the end of staying “retired” and having the freedom to travel and enjoy just working with and spending as much time as possible with my wife and family. If it happens to create wealth in the process, well I certainly won’t be complaining!
