CB Management is co-owned, both owners started together in the real estate business in July 2007. We had no idea what we were doing and just got a single family home as a rental, then a triplex. By 2012 we realized that we needed a lot more education. We went to our first real estate seminar and learned a lot, one thing being about HELOC loans. After that we flipped 3 more places and started actively searching out more education thus how we ran into bigger pockets website. We decided to we want to do this full time and our goal is to get our real estate flipping and rentals to a point we can both quit our full time jobs by next June.
