I am a wife, mother of three and grand-mother of seven. I recently stopped teaching to stay at home with my ninety-one year old mother. Real estate investing has long been an interest of mine and my husband's but, neither of us had the time to pursue it seriously. The time is right and our financial situation is too. So I'm going for it. I started with a Rich Dad training and thank goodness I was warned off from spending the thousands of dollars they asked for in Elite training. I have a mentor who I admire, love and respect. But, I was reluctant to ask him for help in the beginning. My oldest son. He has been very successful in the Real Estate Investment industry for over twenty years. I have been reading books, listening to books, reading posts on BP, I joined a local R.E.I. and I've been looking at properties on different web sites online.
