I am currently in the Military and I own one rental property that I will have completely paid off by the summer of 2015. I also own my primary residence. My goal is own 10 rental properties one day, collect my Military retirement and travel the world on my tenants passive income that they provide me with. Experience: Owner of two properties, I manage them. Real Estate Goals: To one day own ten homes, and generate a passive income of $8,500 monthly just off my rentals.
